This is one of the first buildings you see
when you step out of the Train Station is Amsterdam. St. Nicholas Church.
The sun you notice shining on the church was not there when we arrived as
it was pouring rain. Actually, this pic should have been at the end because
the only time the sun shone was when we were heading back to the Train Station
to leave. But it's a pretty sight, anyway.
We didn't take very many photos of the shopping area because of the rain.
